Dr. Sterling (or her staff) has canceled my appointments more than I can count. It seems that the only way you can get a doctors appointment is by her time only. Their staff also either doesn't call to communicate the cancellation with you until the day of or the day before. Also Dr. Sterling will only permit discussion of one ailment or health problem per visit, so if you have more than one problem medically, you're not getting another appointment for that until she has time for you. Overall, the service and professionalism at this office is severely lacking.

Terrible experience all around. My mom used to go to her for diabetic medicine and I guess she was okay in that area but let me tell you she is rude, does not listen, is a bit aggressive (referring to the PAP) because it has been a whole week and I am still extremely sore and I bleed a bit. If anyone reading this wants to get something as simple as birth control please seek elsewhere. Maybe I am just young and don't know what I am talked about but multiple doctors have told me the PAP is not required until I am 21 or older. Also Dr. Sterling REQUIRED me to get the HPV shot without fully letting me know what I was getting and turns out some girls who have received this have not been able to have children. To make that worse I tried to look up what the shot even was on my phone because she wouldn't tell me and then she tells me I cannot be on my phone at all. Additionally when I went in for my first PAP as a scared unaware 18 year old she was quite loud about what was going on and when I left she said to me on my way out "Your'e a woman now and you have to do things like this from now on!". Thanks.
To add to all of that the guy in her office who took my blood did not waste time and jumped into it. He didn't seem to care if I was stressed out, scared, or hmm... IF I ATE THAT DAY??? And still a week later I cannot fully straighten my arm and I have a 3 inch bruise from my vain that he took blood from.
Save your time and money and avoid having you or family members go to this doctor. Thank you for reading this.
Oh, one good thing is if you run out of medication they will work with you just a little bit but could care much less if you can't make an appointment before your pills run out.
