        Doctor Phillips is a very caring man. He listens and provides outstanding care. Personally I am intimidated by medical things but this doctor has instilled a level of trust I have never had before.

        Called me liar after his staffed called me a liability. Then told me there was something wrong wit me after I couldn't get the care I needed and waited for I wrote a statement of concern and this Doctor was offended because according to him nobody writes their doctor a "novel" so im not normal because normal people don't do that so according to him "there is SOMETHING wrong with me. Lied in my legal medical documentation that he checked things he never checked. Been waiting for 4 months for a referral and he stated he has done so much for me since his office gave me 2 referrals that couldn't help me. This Doctor got upset when I stated multiple times I want a diagnosis to determine my illness rather than treating symptoms with medication that potentially could cause other side effects
