        Call to ask if they were a brother authorized dealer, they were not. That was fine. I asked him if he was aware of another shop. Told me a name but it was unclear what he was saying. I asked him to repeat it. He told me "Look it up". I replied I would be happy to but I need to understand the name. He repeated it again and hung up. Would not use this store.

        Great selection of wonderful fabrics. I am always so excited to go to the shop. But the staff is not welcoming. They are always too stressed out to greet or even smile. I feel like I am bothering them. Takes the joy right out of the experience. The whole point of going physically into the shop is for the EXPERIENCE.
