I agree this place is horrible customer service since they let go one of their top employees... I used to work with a young man named Justin who was very much so on top of his job. I have recently went back in to get printing and design work done and have just been disgusted with the performance of the business. HIRE SOMEONE NEW OR GET OUT OF BUSINESS
