Awful "customer service," not sure if their employees know such a thing. Attitude reflects leadership- ceo and coo take some ownership and train your employees better!

Horrible customer service, inefficient, and unhelpful. If you could use a different electric company ANYONE would be better. I was disconnected 3 times while trying to rectify an account issue. 3 DIFFERENT associates stated that they were not sure what was wrong with my account before transferring me to a nonexistent number. All interactions with the company have been negative experiences.

found 2 wks to figure out how I can reach to aps representative to cancel my account. and they didn't refund me related to 2 last charge when I wasn't in that property. they should fix their automation services or be willing to redound customer due to their own mess. -1 star :P
