        Metro Institute would not let me reschedule my exam even though I contacted them 33 hours before the exam was scheduled. I called on a Monday morning and was scheduled to take the exam at 5:30pm the next day. They said they would not reschedule because they claim it does not meet their 1 full business day requirment. They also would not refund my money.
