Prices are really high. Charged $13.50 for repair of small bottom t shirt seam....to only come home and find out the repair wasnt done. Drive back they said SORRY. Come back 2 days later they said in order to repair the small seam they have to take the entire bottom t shirt thread out and redo it and it cost $25. I'll just buy a new t shirt. On to the next dry cleaners.

1st Tramonto is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. I bring all of my dress shirts here to be dry cleaned and they are always done in a timely manner and the items come back very clean and with the proper starch (this alone is worth the price of admission). I recently brought in a t-shirt that I liked, but had been stained with mud about a year prior. I gave them permission to do whatever they had to do and, I was shocked to receive a shirt that was nearly as white as when I had bought it. In addition to cleaning, Thao does a phenomenal job with alterations. I have brought cheap dress shirts to him, and, when Nordstrom can't meet my timeline, expensive shirts. The alterations have always come back looking like a million bucks. I would trust him with any shirt and know that he would do a great job. Finally, there is no sticker shock here. The prices are in line with all of the dry cleaners locally, but the value for the money is AMAZING! Seriously, do not bother going anywhere else if you live in Phoenix. Just drive to 1st Tramonto and let Thao and his crew take care of it.
