When I walk into averhealth the person checking us in (Shaquavia and Alexis) they are so nice and friendly. The pct males are so respectful. Alvaro, Adolfo, Alex, Mack,Zelle and Tommy are the best. They are all dedicated to their work.

Zero Stars. Terrible staff, very discrimatory environment. The staff at this location does not recognize they are dealing with people's lives. I checked in and paid, then while waiting I got a call I had to take and went outside to talk because there are signs posted everywhere "No Cell Use Inside. Please take calls outside." While I was outside for less than 2 minutes the staff locked me out. No one would answer the door when I knocked. When another patient exited a staff member blocked me from coming in. I showed him my receipts and told him I was already checked in and paid, he said "oh well, you went outside." I paid for services that were not rendered. I will be complaining to the headquarters of Averhealth, the BBB, and the AZDHS. You cannot check in a patient, take payment, and then lock them out because it's closing time. The lobby was full and there were many people ahead of me. I was treated like I did something wrong for following the signs and taking my phone call outside. I can't believe this is a business. To top it off they reported me as a Refusal to test!! My attorney will be filing a formal complaint with the courts as well.
