We love this company. High quality product. Clear communication. New owners have treated us extremely well. Needed to come back to rectify an install issue and did so in a timely manner. I'd use them again. Thanks guys!

Our house was built in the 80s and I’m pretty sure the windows had never been replaced. The old windows were difficult to open and the previous owners had put this horrible window tinting on the rear windows that looked awful. They had to go. Coincidentally James knocked on our door around the time I had convinced my husband that new windows should be the next home project and we scheduled a demo. After the order was placed, we had to wait a few months because of COVID delays but that was explained from the start. Because we bought 15 windows, it took two days to have the windows installed. The install team was prompt and professional. The team manager showed up on the second day to do a walk through and explain how to use the windows. I was happy to find out our windows were made in Yuma! I have not had the new windows long enough to talk about the electricity savings but I can tell they are much better at blocking the heat than the old windows. Our house faces East and we had sunshades on the old windows on the east side. When we took the shade off to prepare for our new windows, I put a thermometer in the window sill to see how hot it would get. The last day with the old window it was 114 on the inside window sill at 10 am. I tested it again the next day once the new window was installed in the same spot and the temp never got above 80 degrees on the window sill and didn’t change more than 9 degrees all day. The external temp both days was between 85-90 degrees as the high. We did not have the AC on. We are very happy with our new windows.

We bought a house in Mesa and the windows were so old, thin and we are right on a main street so we could hear all of the traffic. I chose Energy One because of the great presentation and price compared to other companies. Other companies were either way more expensive, or if they had cheaper prices - their windows weren't as good. We ended up with the triple pane windows with white trim and they are fantastic! Not only is our house nicely sealed, the noise from the traffic is barely noticeable. The installers were very friendly, quick, and neat. They cleaned up the area and, aside from new windows, left no trace they were there. I would recommend going with this company if you are looking for new windows.
