I had a very bad experience at SW Rheumatology and I don't recommend it to anyone. Rude, no bedside manner, very unprofessional.
I feel like this was a blessing though because I found my forever rheumatologist Dr. V at Valley Arthritis Care, he is amazing and I highly recommend.

They don't the phone and don't return messages mi wife has been waiting for her prescription refills for the lad 5 days days and no anwer

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE & IT WAS WITH THE DR.!?! LIKE WHAT IS THAT LOL PERHAPS GETTING A WHOLE NEW STAFF & DR SINCE ITS 2 FOR 1. IF DON'T LIKE PEOPLE YOU SHOULD'NT BE A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. PERIOD

called this office to set up an appt and the lady that answered the phone was apparently the Doctor. she was so rude and would almost not let me finish my sentence or the reason for needing a new provider. from experience a patient should not be turned away, especially without knowing the reasons they are needing a new doctor.!!
