SDS was the right move. Saved lots of $$ by keeping my divorce out of the legal arena (altho admittedly each of us paid a small amount for a one-time legal consultation) and miraculously kept my soon to be former spouse away from each other's necks. Nancy was uniquely skilled to see my long term interests (dissolution) were met while understanding my spouses short-term financial concerns in the forefront. The fact that my former spouse and I maintain good relations after signing the final papers is a testimony to Nancy's role as a "fair referee" throughout the process which took far too long - but not because shortcoming w/ Nancy. I really appreciated her focus on the endgame.

Amazing group to work with!!! After 20 years of my wife doing our finances I was left out in the cold when She left me suddenly without any discussion. She had been interviewing attorneys for months before she told me, so I suspected she moved money around. The team Smarter Divorce Solutions were very patient and helped me understand the financial issues. I would highly recommend them for anyone going through a divorce.

My ex wife and a very amicable divorce however we wanted to have a third party execute all the paperwork. We caught so many errors on the paperwork. The mediator was not comfortable thinking outside the box and didnt not want to draw up our decree with the agreements we had made because it did not fit neatly inside their pre written forms. After all the money we spent with them, we had to pay an actual attorney to properly write up the contracts. Do not waste your money here.

I have worked with Nancy and her team at Smarter Divorce Solutions for almost a decade. While the company has grown over the years, their commitment to their clients has never wavered and has remained steady and strong. I have spoken with dozens of their clients over the years, and they all have incredibly positive stories to tell. Anyone I encounter in my life who is contemplating a divorce, I always suggest that they call Smarter Divorce Solutions first thing! Highly recommend, would put more than 5 stars if allowed!

If you need to spend this much money. Hire a lawyer!!! If not, then use the mediation available through the court system. They prepared a nice financial statement for us, which "showed how the percentage of asset division". But when I had questions they couldn't answer them. We used their service, but as mediators are legally unable to give advise, it wasn't super helpful. And to their response, I asked financial questions about the breakdown and percentages and how those numbers were attained. There was no answers. So no you don't specialize in financial intracacy.
