UPDATE.... Zero stars.... they don't even deserve 1!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! MY EXPIRIENCE KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE.. IF YOU REQUEST A MANAGER TO CALL YOU FORGET ABOUT IT OFFICE MANAGER WILL NEVER GET HOLD OF YOU SHE JUST DONT CARE!!! I CALLED TO SET UO AN APPT AND ONCE I GOT HERE I GET NOTIDIED THEY CANT SEE ME BECAUSE OF MY INSURANCE. WELL THEY MADE ME DROVE 30 MINS JUST TO TELL ME THAT THEY CANT SEE ME. WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE THIS!!!! Well first-time here and I am already having the worst experiences. For starters the person at the front desk was just plain rude and saw and heard how she pushed 2 patients before me. Too bad doctor Kim move this location.

I see the location of ED I went to is no longer in business, so Ill just leave this here, since the provider is now located here. Without giving away all my medical info on the internet..Ill just say, if you want to be taken seriously Do Not Go Here! I was treated like a waste of time by Nicholas Kim, NP. Gaslit, be-littled..overall not a kind provider. I have a serious condition that has now attacked my skin. I was sent to dermatology by my Rheumatologist. I had to demand strongly get a biopsy. I have never had an experience quite like that. He was rude and exhibited really bizarre behavior. No follow up appointments, and the cream he called in didnt work. I had my results of the biopsy emailed.Do not waste your time!

I've seen Dr. Kim a few times and really like him. He's kind, thorough and his availability has been vet good. Everyone in the office has been very nice and the office itself is very nice.

If there was such a thing as ZERO stars that's how I would rate this practice-all of them not just the Ahwatukee location. We went in for a routine scan and they found a somewhat irregular spot on my sons back, they did a biopsy and we never heard back. Being that he's a healthy 21-year-old young man we thought nothing of it, must be fine. Last week (FIVE MONTHS LATER) they called us stating it's precancerous melanoma and it needs to be fully removed with wider margins. We tried to access the pathology report from their online patient portal (because they can't email to you - HIPPA) and it never worked, tried several times. We finally had them print the report which was supposed to be ready when we went in - nope. No one knew anything about it. Finally the office manager emerges with the report and tells me the reason it took them so long to contact us about the pathology is because they had the wrong provider on the report. Meaning it was a doc from one of their other offices. WOW. Quite the system they have if they can't track a pathology report because THEY put the wrong provider on it. We've always had issues with their billing, front office, endless hold times etc to get through but this is absolutely inexcusable. We are now scrambling to get this handled as my son is back to school in college which is in Louisiana. TERRIBLE PRACTICE.
