My doctor requested 2 post-op prescriptions for me (last minute rush surgery) but 2 other pharmacies (including my usual pharmacy I’ve been going to for years) didn’t have what was needed and ordering it would have taken 5-6 days. So I asked my doctor to try Walmart Pharm. Within an hour of their office calling in the prescriptions, I got a call from Walmart Pharmacy staff saying they received it, and an hour later it was ready for pick up! It was such a relief. The pharmacist and staff were super efficient and friendly, on the phone and in person too. I may just have to switch over completely from my old pharmacy to Walmart after seeing firsthand how professional they are here. Very happy with my care.

So it's a process trying to refill my dogs prescription (for the first time) I had no clue what to do. I called my vet and asked many times how to do it and they said just tell the pharmacy to call us and well get everything faxed over ect. OK, sounds easy enough so I call the pharmacy, the first gal to answer was sweet, but put me on hold to help someone else. The second lady that answered was short, and rushed, and seemed quite irritated that I was a new customer 'calling' and also that she would have to call my vet to verify this prescription. She also made it QUITE KNOWN that "WE DON'T MAKE PHONE CALLS" ok. I get that, but you're a business with a phone, and SOMETIMES YA GOTTA MAKE CALLS. I'll be using a different walmart pharmacy from now on, this was my first experience with walmart pharmacy and I am not happy at all.
