Absolutely horrible. Front office staff made a scheduling mistake that had us burn a 3 hour trip for nothing. To their credit, they tried to make it right. The real horror here is the dentist, Dr. Cusco, he treated my spouse dreadfully and actually threw his instruments when my wife told him that he was hurting her, and she actually chose to walk out in lieu of proceeding. Adding insult to injury, upon going to another dentist to finish the work Dr. Cusco started, we were informed the work was not properly done. We are going to register a complaint with the appropriate accreditation agency in Arizona. A bad day, an incompetent and imbalanced dentist, we don’t know, but in sharing our experience, you can determine if you want to take your chances.

I needed a lot of work done, deep cleaning, xray, consult. Very professional, customer service friendly, love the empathy given to me. I dislike going to dentist. I will not go anywhere else!.
