This Dental office deserves more recogintion! My experience was so much more better than Aspen Dental. I never knew how it was like to recieve good service at the dentist until today! The staff were informative, helpful, and friendly. The doctor really took his time in making sure I understood the condition of my teeth. They even gave me photos of my teeth and took plenty of xrays. After my visit today, I feel confident in the steps I need to take to make sure that my teeth are in good condition going forward. I highly recommend them. The front office gal was so lovely. Thank you if you are reading this!

I've been going to Dr. Sutton for years and wouldn't change a bit. He's beyond knowledgeable and can answer any question I've thrown at him. His staff is amazing and will make me feel comfortable about any procedure. Even if you visit them once they make your visit feel so personal, especially his assistant! Highly highly recommend them! I have always left highly satisfied with their level of service and the quality of work they do.

The “dentist” as he would flatter himself as, has no concept of dealing with his patients. Me and my wife had dental work scheduled here on the morning of 11/21. My wife is on the autistic spectrum and needed a prescription to help keep her calm during the work. We had confirmed the work we needed almost a month before. We had confirmed it with a receptionist and the receptionist confirmed it back. We got up early, got ready and paid for an Uber to the dentist. We get there and they charge our insurance and we go back and my wife gets prepped and gives x-rays. Sutton then goes through what he will be doing today and we discover that only half the work we had scheduled would be done today. My wife, understandably upset, asks why we could only finish half today because otherwise we would need to schedule another appointment. Sutton only came up with this as an excuse: “oh you scheduled with a receptionist who no longer works here so I can’t exactly ask her why she messed up.” My wife and I were appalled. This in itself was infuriating enough but Sutton had gotten the X-rays back and said that we couldn’t schedule the other half again anyways because it involves “work that is well above his skill level.” The man is incompetent and has no business running a bath, let alone a dental practice. By that point he looked like he was getting frustrated with us and just wanted us to leave and we took that as an excuse not to serve us because we were in disagreement. He was pushing a referral to another dentist on us because he didn’t want to deal with us. How pathetic. My wife tried asking why the receptionist had messed up, she asked about our money we paid for insurance and Uber. She was in near hysterics. For someone who claims to have an autistic child of their own, Sutton seems like he has no idea how to handle an autistic individual. He is a disgrace as a dentist. How would he feel if someone treated his son like he treated my wife? We certainly wouldn’t talk to his son like he wasn’t a person and talk to him condescendingly. The nurses at this practice share Sutton’s ignorance and called the police on us when we were trying to voice our concerns after getting our refunds. Stay far, far away from this place. They are two faced and horrible people who fly off the handle at the earliest sign of trouble. Will never go back.

I got several fillings and crowns done here and they did a very good job. Dr. Sutton is gentle and the process was painless. They also have big screen TVs in every room where you can watch Netflix. I enjoyed it while waiting for the numbing medicine to take effect before the procedure.
