        New address for Camelback Dentistry: 2222 E Highland Ave Suite 226, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Dr. Choules has been our family's provider for dental and orthodontic care for over 20 years. We trust Dr. Choules implicitly. He is always completely honest about what needs to be done, and he DOESN'T do unnecessary procedures. The hygienists are professional and friendly. We have also received excellent orthodontic care. This is a family dentist you can trust.
