Dr. Hines is wonderful. He is professional and has all the updated technology. He is currently working on an implant and I appreciate him letting me know what he’s doing and what to expect. I also really like his office staff and dental hygienists. I actually look forward to visiting.

Expect to be treated very rudely by staff. This place does not care about their patients, I have spent thousands of dollars here. Just to have them send me paperwork I already filled out, last minute claiming I need to fill it out again, they made me late. Once on the chair the staff rushed me rudely shoving tools in and out of my mouth, telling me it’s because I was late, when it was them that made me late. NEXT I had to late cancel and now they won’t let me reschedule, except same day on a Monday, making me wait weeks to get my teeth taken care of. When I complained and expressed my frustration Johanna hung up on me. This is one of the worst dentist office experiences of my life.

The dentist was great. But the front desk personnel are pathetic. They aren’t incredibly rude and condescending.

The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in the same day when I called for tooth pain. Dr Keller and Brandon did my procedure and answered all my questions. Both were professionable as well as personable.

Dr. Hines and his team are top notch. They have all the up-to-date technology and consistently upgrading the office with the best. I received my clear correct aligners through Dr. Hines and my teeth are transformed. I would recommend to this office to anyone.
