JP Morgan Chase Corporate Center

I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy, customer service agents that answer the phone are so ridiculous. I have been trying to handle a situation with my account since November of last year and they cant give me answers, they told me not to go into the branch no one in the branch will help me. What is the purposes of having branches if you cant walk inside and get assistance. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN.

Had a cashier's check from Chase bounce. Guess they havent been bailed out by the federal government in a while

Do not bank with JP Morgan Chase. I deposited a check from a relative on Monday afternoon and then Chase Bank froze my entire account so now I can't access any money at all. Even the money I have from my paycheck. I can't even buy food for me or my pets or pay bills. One of my rescued kittens died on my kitchen floor because I can't pay for medical attention for him. DO NOT BANK WITH JP MORGAN CHASE !!!

Please update website! Every time I try to book travel using my points, the website is broken. It never works, It lags so badly. Same with the app. It simply does not respond to the inputs. Blank screens. I'm trying to book travel, but when I select a flight, the following screen is always blank. Please help. I love Chase, but the app and website somehow don't work well for things other than banking.
