        DO NOT BUY FROM THE ROOM STORE! We were sold a very nice living room set of furniture by someone who told us that if it ever breaks it's covered for lifetime. However, when I called them to try and get a couple of sagging springs repaired I was completely denied thought the brochure clearly states lifetime warranty and there is no restriction of any kind on time. When I pressed the "director" he suddenly said "well there's nothing i'm going to do for you" and when I said I would take it higher he said I can do whatever I like because they declared bankruptcy and don't have to do anything.
