Bathroom in Tramonto are disgustingly dirty, I brought it up to the cashier who said "I only work here" I said "Tell manager" Her response was "I am the manager, call corporate"

Pretty nice gas station. Staff is always friendly. The selection is good. And the bathrooms are usually clean. It is a chevron so expect to pay a little more for gas.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I went through the car wash and my car came out completely soaked with soap all over it. I pulled back around to the car wash area to show the employee my car and he said " SO, what do you want me to do about it?" No believing my ears I asked him to repeat himself and he said it again! I went into the storeand asked to speak to themanager 15 minutes later she comes walking out. When I told her about the horrible job the carwash did and even worse customer service her employee had she just stood there with a blank look no apologies no I'll talk to my employee nothing! I will never use this gas station ever again. They need to fire the whole staff and learn how to treat customers.

Staff is generally friendly and helpful. So no real complaint there. However, the whole BOGO pizza scheme (on Wednesdays and Sundays) is bogus: they cut the slices to approximately half their normal slice size, thereby canceling out any money savings or extra pizza that the customer believes, falsely, to be getting. This is dishonest. Judging from past reviews of this location, y’all can’t really afford any more bad publicity. Shame on you.
