The reviews here are by practices who have been purchased by Practice Strategies (the Arizona Secretary of State's office confirms in corporate and assumed name records - the formula is the same -- practice is the assumed name, a corporate is set up owned by the dentist, the 2 owners of PS individually and PS which is owned by the two owners individually and the management is designated as PS). This is a patient's perspective since I have not seen a review written by a victim of a dental practice managed to maximum profit by those who cannot pass the examination to be a dentist. Their hand in a failing practice will cost me three painful surgeries to correct, and a long long journey through regulatory agencies to get four separate sets of records provided in response to HIPAA requests and that do not have two sets that completely match, down to the real record. Records are altered and missing after the owner of PS put in writing that they do no such thing. This is not good for the patient and the owners have ignored me without addressing any of the issues I have raised. Good management includes billing for services actually done and proper record-keeping. It also requires compliance with HIPAA. I am sure their version will be as negative to me as possible, but it is time for this to be as public as possible. No dental care should be in the hands of a non-dentist owned practice. I will not go away until justice is served.
