I do not recommend Oso Concrete. They re-did my carport foundation and front patio (demo, prep, pour, finish). Setting up the job with them was straight forward with a consult, quote, and deposit for scheduling it. After they finished the job, I noticed several issues but before we did a final walkthrough, they charged my credit card, which they kept on file from when I made the deposit. They did not try to schedule a walkthrough with me and I had to request it. They made 1 attempt to fix the issues, which came out looking like... well, fixes. I requested they reduce the price or partial refund but they denied and said "we'll give you a good price next time." I paid full price for new stuff that does not look new or done correctly. I've asked a couple other requests as concessions but was not responded to. Aside from my story, you can see the pictures of their work. Every single saw cut line they put in was crooked or cracked, there were low spots where it was not level and water pools up there, the edging and cornering was not clean, and one of the frames blew out during the pour which left the side wall uneven.
