I am at a total loss of words. In July 2021 I dropped off a hard drive to recover the memory and i provided a 5 TB external drive so they could transfer the data. After months of run around I find out they moved and now they say they cant "find" either of them. This is crazy. I want my drives returned to me. At very least offer for reimbursement.

I have done business with them for couple months now and have always been courtious andprofessinal on my needs. Very timelyrepairs. I give them a six star rating.

I will NOT bring any of my laptops here for any screen repairs, or any other repairs for that matter. I now have a chromebook, which only had a a cracked screen, but was otherwise working just fine. I was assured that this place could replace touch screens, but such is not the case. Not only did they not return my phone calls to give me updates on the status of my laptop, but I was told by Jonathan that my only recourse at this point is to buy a new laptop. When the screen was replaced the first time, I took it home only to discover that it was no longer a touch screen. I called them up and was asked to bring it back in. A second screen was ordered and replaced, but now it won't even turn on at all. So bottom line is that I'm out the repair fees and a chromebook. My charger was lost in the midst of all this chaos, but Jonathan did order me a replacement from a 3rd party vendor, which I appreciate. However, I now have a 1 year old chromebook that I'll probably use for spare parts when I took it in for a screen replacement.
