I had a black skirt that needed to be hemmed and a denim dress with an invisible zipper that needed to be replaced. When I dropped them off I was told they would be ready the next day. However, if they were ready I don't know because I never received a call letting me know they were finished. When I did pick them up, the person who did the alterations wasn't in so I waited until I got home to inspect both items. The black skirt was hemmed with a noticeable blue thread, the stitching was not straight, and there are a couple spots that don't lay flat due to a snag in the stitching. The zipper on the dress is no longer invisible. The fabric isn't lined up correctly with the edge of the zipper the entire length of it, and before I even put the dress on the zipper broke. I want to go back and complain so it can be redone but I'm too worried about more damage occuring to the garments if I have them fix their mistakes. For the price paid, the work is subpar. I could have done it just as well as this place did & that's the reason I didn't do it myself. I'm highly disappointed in the work performed and DON'T recommend this place to anyone.
