This church is so wonderful! The pastor remembered me, even though I hadn't attended in years! Everyone is friendly, and I really feel the spirit of God here! I love this church!

Attended a celebration of life here. Beautiful church and grounds. Pastor gave a very nice service and provided plenty of time for those in attendance to share in the celebration of life with their personal memories of the young man we all loss.

For a church that proclaims to be accepting and welcoming to all, I was bitterly disappointed to find that after nearly 10 years of attending ( mostly infrequently) the head minister sent me a heartless, insulting and shaming email out of the blue over a week since I had last attended that left me in tears. Rev. Miraj stated that although I have an exceptionally beautiful voice, I sing too loudly and hold the notes of the Lord's prayer too long and therefore ruin the performance of their paid soloist and music director. I'm not really welcome back unless I can sing quietly and blend. I've been evicted from my spiritual home. The hypocrisy is truly disturbing. Silly me, I thought I was attending a spiritually uplifting service, sharing my gifts to praise God with my unbridled joy in the Lord, not a concert hall where people on the pulpit get their fix of praise and adoration. My faith in God is strong. My faith in Unity of Phoenix is gone. If you're looking for acceptance, tolerance and a celebration of faith - you might want to look elsewhere, this place is not what it claims to be.
