Robert Hedeen is the most caring and knowledgeable chiropractor. He uses Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and many other techniques. Paperwork and scheduling was very easy. He provided education and exercises to do at home, so I continued to get better between visits as well.

I highly recommend Trimotus! I’ve been working with Nicola on the functional medicine and nutrition side to support my body and heal it from the inside out. She is knowledgeable about nutrition and knows how important what you eat is to your body functioning as it was designed. She pivots as she discovers new information and helps me adjust my food intake so I can feel my best! She is so amazing to work with!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicola! An incredibly knowledgeable nutritionist, she is helping me continue to improve my gut function, lose weight, and tackle preexisting health issues from the inside out. Not only do I look and feel less bloated, but I feel great and re-energized. Before meeting Nicola, I thought I knew a substantial amount about nutrition and food - but Boy, was I wrong! Her knowledge is extensive, and I have learned so much working with her. She is professional, compassionate, and caring. She is the perfect addition to your health and wellness journey, and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to look and feel their best!

I came to AZ to visit, went to a Stem Cell Therapy seminar for information, took a reduced price visit to see what they might tell me. I am trying to fix my foot/ankle after two surgeries for a broken ankle. My foot/ankle never came back to normal after the surgeries & I was concerned about my mobility. Wow was I amazed at the time I was given for the 1st visit & the information about my foot. Dr. Khavari indicated he didn't think stem cell therapy was needed but some therapy & orthotics for shoes. I live in MN so I arranged to come back to AZ in two weeks for month long twice a week therapies. I am a little over 1/2 way through & after the 1st week I could tell the difference. I no longer where the brace, I have home work to do daily with my ankle & foot. I feel that Dr. K has given me a new lease on my future. My foot & ankle specialist in MN offered only more surgery with not a lot of promise of healing there. I am so glad I met Dr. K. Wish he had an office in MN. Best medical professional I have ever met. It's been a little over 6 months since I visited Dr K in AZ. My foot has been getting better month by month. My mobility is much better. I find that I can take walks & the only time I find I have a bit of a concern about my foot/ankle is on very uneven ground. I don't feel I would have been in the position without the efforts of Dr. K . If this virus leaves, I will be back in AZ this winter & plan to get an update from Dr K. Can't say enough about Trimotus & Dr. K. He is a great medical professional & a really nice guy.
