My son had a phone call interview, did all the paperwork, etc. got hired then never heard back from anyone and its been 3 weeks! He has called several times and always told just to send an email. I never heard of such an unprofessional place hiring someone and never hearing from them again.

Honestly one of the best companies to work for! Everyone is so kind and professional, communication has always been great. They really are all about their clients and make sure each employee has what they need to provide successful services! They are super flexible and work with your schedule and availability as well as your own personal preferences of environment and age ranges! Definitely recommend working with Centria they are amazing!

Terrible rude people, lowsy communication and total disrespect and what appears to be not fair equal opportunity from regional director Lauren Lentz stating this is like a donut factory we can choose who to service. and her supervisor Daisy was so un organized for 6 months I got the runaround, and Im being blamed for not being available for their intense program so Im cut off the program no real chance to properly adjust the schedule and for no apparent reason after completing assessments and waiting for a technician I was told I was dropped from the program because the school my daughter attends wont agree with allowing them to come to the school to do ABA services to ensure they can bill insurance for 30 hrs, sounds money driven. After waiting and going through multiple hoops filling out documents my daughter gets dropped without an explanation before she could ever get the help. and when I reached out and above to Director for understanding I get yelled at ridiculed and disrespected. If this is the behavior of the staff I cannot imagine these people being able to help my daughter that suffers with autism and ADHD.. or let alone help anyones child!
