We paid for the VIP wash and there was water drip marks on the window and back and the dash was dusty. The overall car looked clean but not worth paying for the upgrade.

I referred my husband here they charged $185 for truck detail that was done in less than an hour. The job was not worth the price as my husband had to pull over and wipe truck down. Also had stacks of quarters that were missing. After calling and making a formal complaint the assistant manager called to asked what happened and said he is the one who did the job and to come back. Yeah right! Plus were going out of town & wouldnt be able to do that. The customer service was terrible when trying to explain situation to the person responsible for the problem. Who does that?!! Never recommending or going back.

I first went to the Jacksons on Tatum and cactus for my auto needs, and I met Jeremy, one of the managers. I barely had time to get a pack of gum from the counter before my oil change was done. Jeremy also told me a couple things that concerned him with my truck. Ive never trusted those kinds of guys so I took it to the dealership, and everything Jeremy told me was correct to the T. Price was ridiculous at the dealership, so I took it back to Jeremy and Jacksons, fixed the problem for half the price. I continued to take all my vehicles to Jeremy from there on out, even followed him to his new location on highland, though its 30 minutes from my house. Well worth it, service is fast and friendly, everyone seems to enjoy what they do, and I finally found an honest mechanic who cares. Havent gone anywhere else for 2 years, and make sure Jeremy approves of any vehicle I purchase for my wife and kids. Thank you Jacksons (highland) and Jeremy.

I've used this carwash for years. Decades, actually. They keep my car in pristine condition. They do great mechanic repairs as well. Oil change, window tinting, even window replacements. I've had them all done here. I highly recommend this Jackson's carwash for your vehicle!
