Total rip off! Over $200 for an oil change, wash and cabin filter???? The wash was only $10 and they did not do a good job. I will NEVER go there again for any reason!

Awful. Just awful. Came to get my car detailed, to save some time with a one year old. They charge $200 and said it wouldnt take more than 90 min. I thought, great, Ill go to some of the stores around and get some tasks done. Did all of that and still over two hours later, waiting for my car to be finished. Actually went out of my way to get cash for a tip too.. SMH. Should have listened to the ONE STAR reviews because thats what this place really should be called.
Update: guy detailing has left for over 20 min, been on the phone, and proceeded to take car of another car before finishing mine. Wish I can give zero

STOP! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I was lured into bell auto spa for a free basic car wash. When I got here there was No free wash. It is a total scam!
After my last wash, two weeks ago I received an email from bell auto spa giving me a free basic car wash. Today I got another email reminding me to use my free car wash coupon (today is the last day). When I went inside to redeem my free wash the cashier did not know anything about it? She called her manager, who told her that they no longer have a free car wash email. I showed the cashier the email with today's date on it, all she could say was "sorry about that".
The cost of this "free car wash" is $19.99.
I received the free car wash email this morning and two hours later the manager tells me they no longer have that promotion. This is the most blatant case of bait and switch I have seen in years. Complete scumbaggery from Bell Auto Spa. Never again! Do Not Come Here for any reason.
I am forwarding this morning's email and this event to the BBB and the Arizona Attorney Generals' office.

The wash is alright. Not Danny's but alright...Here is some advice though: Never tell them what you want done, just pick from the menu. If you do anything custom the prices get wild. The automated machine took a bit of paint off of one of the fenders some time ago, so now I ask for hand wash instead. They do a decent job every time; yes things get left undone here and there but not too bad...The problem however is that the hand wash for example is $29 today, $35 the next day $19.99 day after and $49.99 as I'm writing this review. Sad thing is the work was priced by the same attendant every time. Today I asked for the same work, hand wash and interior. On my receipt, it says wheel polish 49.99 lol , also he kindly offered Armorall for extra $10 . Just pick from the menu, the attendant, it's the same guy most of the time, is a hustler. Reminds me of used car dealers...
