This place used to have the largest tea menu, and these mushrooms biscuits that were so good
Been replaced by generic teas and generic vegan Mexican food that is overpriced and boring.
What a shame

It's sad, but this once nice place has been run into the ground. New owners have no desire to improve the community or even provide for their employees. The entire vibe has changed, no longer feel safe visiting.

this place used to be one of my favorites but after it was taken over by new owners who are the epitome of cultural appropriation and people who do not care about their employees I no longer go there. The new owners ruined something good.

Cha chas used to be one of my favorite places in downtown phoenix but ever since they rebranded into a kava bar and gotten new ownership its gone very downhill. It has become super overpriced, drinks arent very good anymore and the environment of the place has completely changed for the worst. Used to love this place so this is super disappointing.
