Pull Out Shelves By Shelf Theory

This past week Brad of Shelf Theory installed pull out shelves in our kitchen and master bath. We found Brad to be professional in his installation and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the pull out shelves and with the way Shelf Theory and Brad handled the project.

These people are fantastic! They came on time to the appointment and gave us a quote on the spot. We were so happy that we ordered right away! They delivered and installed right when they said they would! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I LOVE MY NEW SHELVES!!! Chris came out to provide the initial estimate and also provided recommendations on a couple of cabinets and false drawers that were wasted space for me at the time. The company communicated timely with the order and installation date. Brad installed the shelving and was expertly able to work around a couple of unforeseen issues. The quality of the slides are amazing and my cabinet storage has greatly increased. I highly recommend Shelf Theory !

Update to the review below. Just heard from Shelf Theory. They are working to make this right. Thanks Chris. **Their 5 star rating has dropped to a 1. After ripping out our shelf the installer realized the salesman had neglected to measure the height of the cabinet opening. The new unit didn't fit. I've called several times over the past 3 weeks waiting for a promised callback answer to the dilemma. So far we're left with a damaged cabinet without a shelf & no answers. I know they're busy, but aren't we first in line? The installation of the other drawers was great so can we just finish this?
