I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his company.  They are honest fair and show up on schedule to produce the best work I have experienced to date with a half a dozen remodels under my belt!!!  I would highly recommend them for any size project that you might have.  Craig

Unreliable and unprofessional! - I know many contractors right now don't care about business in 2021 these days. However, to blatantly waste my time and my husbands is rude and horrible professionalism. I reached out by email and after 2 he finally emailed back stating it was in his spam. Okay, that's fine! As I mentioned,  it does happen... and contractors don't care much these days about new business. However, he stated he could schedule time the following week - after another 2 emails asking to confirm the time, and me acknowledging that he was busy, I stated that maybe scheduling something further out after the 4th of July would work better for him. He stated I can do Wednesday June 30th at 7am to take a look at our kitchen and remodel with new cabinets. I scheduled at this time to accommodate his availability. At midnight the night before June 29th he sends an email saying he forgot he had a doctors appointment at that time and needs to reschedule. First, I want to say I was sleeping! I didn't see it until I needed to wake up to meet him the next morning. He stated that he could schedule the next day Thursday July 1st stated in the email "8am Thursday see you then". Okay, so my husband and I again rearrange our schedules to make sure we're both here. 15 minutes after our scheduled time I call him. When he calls me back he now says "I don't see you on the schedule". I said you emailed me that it would be today. He starts shuffling paperwork and says "oh I thought it was next week." What? You said tomorrow in the email! Why would you think it was next week? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. If you don't need my business that's fine. But don't waste my time, I'm a paying client and I will give my money to someone who does care. He is a small business owner, and at some point the business isn't going to come as easy. People are going to look at your actions and the way you treated them when you were too busy. I would have preferred he just said that he was 2 weeks out instead of making us rearrange our schedules multiple times and giving very sorry excuses both times.

We blindly called Alex (and a few others) with a few questions and Alex was the ONLY one who not only answered my questions but gave me advice and suggestions.  Several months later hired Alex to "create" from scratch an entire office suite as well as re-work some existing cabinets which was already in place.  Unique Cabinets and Alex delivered extraordinary work!  We could not be more pleased with the delivered product.  Not only did Alex have wonderful creative ideas but his group of extremely talented cabinetmakers created a magnificent office space.  We were so pleased we immediately asked Alex to custom make bathroom cabinets and again Unique delivered extremely fine crafted works of art! Alex and crew are extremely personable and knowledgable.  I cannot recommend Alex and Unique enough!
