Ambience excellent but not a traditional butcher - it's a modern butcher shop.  Upscale - pricey - definitely nice just, rather less fancy and get better prices elsewhere.

The ONLY reason for two stars is tipping culture. I have no complains with the product ( we bought dry aged steak, it was great). But since when its acceptable to ask for gratuity at the stores??? What service did you provide, besides doing your job? And before you respond to me saying that I dont have to tip ( I know that!), maybe you need to reconsider your business model, because Ill never come back to your store for that simple reason.

Absolutely love the idea of the place but the pricing isnt sustainable for someone eating a carnivore diet. Bought some dry age rip cap burgers the other day since they were half off, at $10 a pound for some ground beef, this still isnt a great deal in my opinion but they sounded so good I had to try them. Dude. Genuinely sad to say this, they were not good. Frozen Costco Patties have more flavor.so sad because I wanted to love this place. Raw milk is $2 more than down the road at sprouts. Just really upset I spent so much on these flavorless burgers and I couldnt got 3x as much at costco
