PARTY BUS AND LIMO

I originally rented the bus for 4 hours drop off 9 pick up 1... the driver argued with me that he had to pick us up at 12:45 because we only paid for 3 hours. Pretended yo call his boss to verify. Very rude and unprofessional I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone

The bus stopped and we were kicked out. Our entire group was left stranded on the side of the 51 near the Thunderbird exit. We walked (illegally, but without another choice) down the exit and stood next to Thunderbird and the 101. We all had to find rides home on our own dime. As I was getting picked up by a friend, the bus drove off the exit and parked across the road. We have not been given refunds, even though we were on the bus for less than half the time we payed for. Honestly, to me, a bus breaking down isn’t the worst thing— it happens. It’s the lack of accountability for how we were treated as passengers and later on as customers thats so bad to me. How were we not given at least a partial refund? That’s should be the bare minimum.

The owner of the bus changed the price in the middle of our ride and was threatening to leave us at our stop. Extremely rude and unprofessional.. i saved the messages between the owner and driver and am in the middle of filing a formal complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
