The finding the dress process is not a fun one for me. I went in with the intention to learn more about different styles and what I like. Little did I know that I would leave with THE dress! Jordan was awesome and she made the experience such a great one for me. She has a great eye and really tried to understand what I was looking for. THE dress actually per the recommendation of Jordan and I'm so happy that I got to work with her during visit! Great experience and enough variety of dresses for all different styles!

Super happy with my visit today! This was my first wedding dress store, and wasn't expecting to buy anything, but they made the process so easy, and the selection of dressed were so amazing, that I fell in love with a dress! My stylist Jordan was amazing, and was perfect to help talk through my thoughts on each of the dresses. She made me feel so good to follow my heart! Thank you!

Thank you for making finding my Mother of the Groom dress so easy. I asked for grey, short dress with sleeves and Jenna went right to it. The very FIRST dress. Delaney was also wonderful, checking up to make sure my daughter loved it as much as I did. Thank you Jenna and Delaney for helping me check this off of my to do list.

What a positive experience. I felt special, and heard. Rachel (I believe that was her name), listened to exactly my price range and needs. The first 3 dresses I did not like. She went and found a dress that I said yes too! She was attentive, and patient. The alteration department was also very attentive. Thanks Davids Bridal located on Tatum. So appreciated.

Extremely poor experience. I brought my mom that flew in from Alaska, my sister, and my good friend. Once we entered the store we were told to walk around and check the dresses. Our consultant notified us to just turn the dress out if we like it. I told her what I like such as style, etc... She didn't help pick out dresses for me at all. I had to pick my own dresses out with no assistance. We were all shocked about our experience and I wouldn't go back or recommend that place. Terrible experience and all we wanted was to enjoy our dress shopping experience. I hope someone from management truly will assess Paradise Valley, Arizona location because the customer service was terrible. The experience was terrible. The carpets had stains all over it so taking pictures in the dress alone was embarrassing.
