I've had my trailer stored here for over 5 years and never had a problem. They have been responsive to both email and texts when I needed to contact them and their prices have not increased during my time there.

Terri is terrific! I just moved to the area and was desperate for a space to store my camper trailer. She was full, but offered me her own space until a space came available over the weekend. She is very accessible by text, the rates are very reasonable, access to storage spaces is easy, and the facility is secure. I can’t say enough about Covered Wagon Storage!

Big shouted thank you to Teri for working with us to store our motorhome recently. We have stopped several items with Covered Wagon over the past few years and appreciate the friendly, helpful and courteous way we are treated every time. Would recommend them to anyone!

I very rarely write a review for a company but felt it important to share my thoughts about Covered Wagon RV and Boat Storage. They have been nothing but spectacular to work with over the almost two years I have stored my 5th wheel with them. The manager Terri is so friendly and accommodating that I would not hesitate to refer my best friends or family to her. I shared with her that I have never called an organization and had a live, friendly person answer the phone EVERY TIME I called. Maybe it is the luck of the draw, but Terri answers the phone even when she is busy off site on other projects. I am not sure how much Covered Wagon pays Terri, but based on her customer service skills and friendly, accommodating demeanor, I would suggest they got a steal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COVERED WAGON for storage needs.
