System works good but terrible customer service. I ordered a spill mat with my system and didn't receive it. I emailed them about it and still haven't heard anything. Terrible.. update*... mat was shipped 2 day air and I was refunded it's cost

What a wonderful product and the customer service from Curt was truly appreciated. I live in Canada and getting a system for my fathers 65th birthday. Curt was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. He was also really accommodating for being in Canada. I cant wait to share a drink on my dads birthday. I will add a photo once it is installed.

I ordered something yesterday and my husband didnt think it was going to work. I sent an email on a Sunday and got a response later that day. He immediately helped me and even gave me a better price. He responded to each of my emails in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful each time. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
