Today is Sunday 9/9/12. My husband & I want to hit some balls so I looked up your website to verify the hours of operation on Sundays and it says 10-5 PM. Drove all the way over there and sign says CLOSED SUNDAYS>>>>>>>>>>>>. You need to update your website please.

Friendly staff, good prices, and more bats and gloves in one place than I've ever seen. The downside is the variety of products is sometimes small, but it's adequate. I would recommend a visit if in the market for baseball gear, sometimes there are pretty good deals. Outdoor cages are a bit worn out but the price is right, and machines throw strikes. Staff has always been willing to adjust speed to our liking.

Be careful buying with credit card. During my recent purchase of bow net, the store employee made error when initially running my debit card. He assured me my account was not charged and they needed to run my card again. He further assured me that if my account was charged twice, all I needed to do was call the store and they would reimburse me. I later found out my bank account was charged twice for the purchase. I called store to get reimbursement. I provided Manager, Anita, with the receipt information and the name of the store employee that ran the card. She said she would call me back the next day. Four days later she called and told me she would not reimburse the money. She said I would have to file a credit card dispute with my bank and they would deal with the bank. She further refused to reimburse me for my time or the hassle of now having to deal with my bank. My bank requires I go to branch in person to file dispute. Since my kids are involved in baseball and softball, I had shopped in this store before, but never again.
