I've been coming here regularly for a couple months and have had very good experiences up until today. I came in asking for a mid high razor face, as I do every time. The woman cutting my hair asked if I meant a high and tight, which I'm not sure how that could be interpreted from my request. I said no, I want more of a medium fade, inbetween medium and high. What I ended up getting was a high and tight, and not a razor fade at all. She then proceeded to not only charge me for a regular haircut, but also an extra $3 for some graphical design charge.... If that's what I wanted, I'd go back to cutting my own high and tights like I did when I was in the military. Very disappointing

Definitely get what you pay for. I normally cut my own hair but I brought my son in to get his hair cut and decided to get my hair buzzed and a beard trim. I'll never cut my own hair or trim my beard again. Always going back here. I left feeling great!! Very thorough and attention to detail. Good job guys!!
