Where to begin, the manager and employee were arguing, they were sold out of EVERYTHING, but the kicker was when the manager argued that google hadn’t been updated that’s why he charged me an extra 5$ for my food and as I was walking out there was a sign at The door stating the same price google had🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

Horrible customer service. They did not provide what I asked for . I got a plain sandwich when I paid extra for onions and sauce. Wish I could give zero stars cause the guys up front were so rude.

We have gone to this location for a while and for whatever reason this place has gotten so bad with their customer service and attitude towards customers. We went in at 7:10 to get food and the worker Brittany refused to let me get fries because she said she didn’t want to have to clean the fryer again tonight… They close at 9. I have worked in the food industry for a while and have never been so shocked to hear her tell me she didn’t want to clean the fryer again for my fries or ocra. Along with this she messed up our order and continuously talked down to me and my mother. Brittany even went as far as to snap at my mom when she called the chopped chicken shredded and said “we don’t have shredded chicken it’s chopped” and cut my mother off. This is disappointing and disrespectful when coming into an establishment that used to be our favorite.
