I have worked for Mr. Ponath for more than thirty plus years and I, out of all people would know him best. Therefore I am taking the liberty to write this Review from my personal perspective :) I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Ponath he listens intently to his clients, he calls clients back within a 12 hour time frame (rarely longer) he gets up very early to address all emails, he TRULY and deeply considers his clients his top priority. He is extremely intelligent and uses his considerable knowledge and yrs. of insight and knowledge to help complicated cases. Yes, my review maybe considered bias however, I feel compelled to have my voice heard!! He is a GREAT MAN AND AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!! THX FOR READING :)

My husband and I have done a lot of searching for a bankruptcy attorney. after a referral from a friend, we came into hands with Attorney Bill Ponath. His communication and knowledge were very informative. Any questions or concerns we had he was very helpful to us and went above and beyond for us in a very hard situation. We couldn't be more pleased to work with him. Thank you so much, Bill, we will definitely refer everyone to you.
