Contacted this company as they were referred to me for awning repair. Had a tree fall on my awning and needed repairs. I took time off from work to meet with the guy in the early morning... dude was a no show and and when I called in to find out where he was 30 minutes later the gal I spoke with said his route had gotten changed around... even tho she was the one who said he'd be at my place 1st thing in the AM. Decided to try and reschedule but she said he was only available in the AM to do quotes as the afternoons were "too hot". ALERT: you live in Arizona! Don't use these folks unless you want to waste your time.

You guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable and proficient in all things shade related.Mike, thank you for providing a valuable service to those of us who have products from companies no longer in business; ie, our sun and wind censored awning. We can rest assured now, knowing we have a "go-to" source for any future repairs!!

Our old outdoor shade company won't service our gated community anymore due to 'overreaching' security measures. Call Quality per another ND user; very responsive, very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Was able to get some useful info here, but they could use some help with custom service skills. If you're going advertise your contact info on the web for awning service, you might want to get used to answering questions about awning material. The guy i just talked to was rude and mumbled something as the call ended.
