        I paid extra for same-day delivery and was promised that my order would arrive by 1 pm. However, I waited until 4:30 pm and the store agents denied having any knowledge of this service, even though it's advertised all over their website sponsored by DoorDash. When I called to inquire, they put me on hold for over 2 minutes, claiming they were looking for my order but never asked for the order number. They then proceeded to say that they needed to order the parts, even though their website advertised same-day delivery. At this point, I asked for a refund for the delivery service that I had already paid an additional $7 for.
