So been having issues with my car for a couple of yrs. If I have an issue or question with my car I always call O'Reilly's to get a heads up of what is going on. I had an issue with my car and it was totally dead. Got it jumped by my roadside service. Called O'Reilly's for second option. Best results ever!!! Battery was checked, alternator and my battery was cleaned to for a extra kick to start it. Thanks Jesus for an awesome helping with my car. Plus me being a woman I don't feel stupid to ask a question to understand how to correct the issue with car.

I was going to leave 1 star but Jennifer and Heather saved the day. SO let me back up, I arrive at Oreillys to buy a battery, I am met by Heather, Jennifer, and who we shall call "the other girl" (I did not get her name) the other girl is helping me purchase this battery which is pretty pricey (when did batteries become so expensive?) I paid for my battery and the other girl said bye. Now I'm a 71-year-old that just had back surgery and cannot lift that kind of weight, i look around and other girl is gone. So, I struggle to pick up the battery and that is when Jennifer and heather come over and take the battery from me, hold the door for me and even installed the battery for me FREE of charge. I offered them a tip, but they would not take it. Now that is customer service, I think Oreillys needs to put other girl back in basic customer service school! Thank you, girls, for taking care of me today. John
