I got my disability first attempt. Turns out that Pekas knew my Judge. Great firm. There was an error with them billing me for services ($200 discrepancy) but Irene was very patient with me and let me pay it back over a 2-year period. She would call once a month and start the conversation asking how I'm doing and talking about family and stuff. I once went 4 months without paying my $20/month agreement and she never got upset or pushy.

I had a wonderful overall experience with Ober & Pekas. I appreciated very much that everyone I spoke to from the beginning until the the end of the process were professional, informative and compassionate. My attorney, Jeremy Pekas and his support staff kept me informed and updated throughout the very long and oftentimes confusing and stressful process.
