Overall, a good firm. They are very knowledgable and do get the job done. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in. The attorney that I worked with was Andrew Thiery. He was able to answer any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. I am happy with the overall outcome but do have a couple things to point out. Communication could've been a little bit better. I had to periodically check in during the demand/negotiation process or would not hear anything for weeks. Sometimes things would come to a halt for several months, which would make feel a little uneasy, but, eventually they would get done. Also, the negotiations could've been done better. I personally had to press for a higher amount, and I still pretty much broke even, with pain and suffering included, even though I was found to be not guilty for the accident.

Courtney is beyond a true profesional. In the middle of my case she dealt with a loss of a family member and still was on top of my case and got the outcome I was looking for. Very grateful to have had her on my side!!

Ive dealt with a couple other accident firms before, and not a single one has come anywhere close to as professional and communicative as this firm. These lawyers are absolutely amazing. Not only was my case handled quickly, but it was also handled with the utmost professionalism. My lawyers (Justin McKay & Amanda Ruiz) always contacted me with any, and all updates with my case. If I ever had any questions they would respond to my emails within a matter of an hour or two (vs previous attorneys who would take weeks to respond at times). Throughout the entire process they updated me on what I should expect next, and how long it will take. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.
