I do not recommend living here I had to wait till we got our deposit back to write our review. Constant water shut offs (occasionally with notice, but most of the time no notice), my cousins catalytic converter got stolen from his car & management did nothing about it but at least they apologized, our neighbors tire got stolen from his car (just one tire), constant construction on 32nd st, mold infested apartments (even mentioned this to maintenance and they did nothing), anytime Id call the office my cousin and I would get 2 different answers the list could go on but honestly its too much to type. The only upside is that maintenance is pretty quick and its pretty accessible & close to restaurants

I feel awful that I cant remember the name of the gentleman who answered my call yesterday, but he went above and beyond for me. I had been calling apartment complexes all day feeling defeated trying to find a home for my friend and I, but the man I spoke to didnt turn me away and hang up. He actually helped me. These are the kinds of people you want to rent from. People who care. Great customer service and human decency.

Although I did not end up renting here, I did have a very warm and welcoming experience with the management and leasing consultants at Rancho Sierra and I feel its worth noting in a review. It is immediately obvious how much they care about their residents and the pricing is actually pretty awesome compared to literally everywhere else in the area. (They also dont have outrageous application fees!!) The complex is located in a quiet part of town with gorgeous Mountain Views and if it werent for the distance Id have to travel to work I wouldve signed a lease right then and there! **also their maintenance workers live on site !!

Hi, I dont plan to rent at the Rancho Sierra Apartments, but thats purely because its too far from my work compared to other places I looked at. But that being said, the workers at the Rancho Sierra Apartments are the nicest people I met during my visit to Arizona. It would be worth it just to go meet Kiki, Debby, and the one guy that stores guitars in his one room that works at the desk (sorry I forgot his name). But seriously, its a super nice and affordable apartment for the community and location. Check it out. I have one piece of feedback though and it would be to cut down on the perfume/cleaning product you use in the showings plus the gym. I walked into those rooms and felt like I could taste it and I think that could turn some people off. I didnt expect all the rooms to smell like that, but it wasnt helping the sell. The apartments appear to be maintained very well though! Good luck Rancho Sierra!

Ive waited a year to post my review. I love the office staff first and foremost. Its refreshing not having to deal with an interchanging management company every 6 months to 12 months. If you are from the greater metro Phoenix area, you know exactly what Im talking about. The units are nice. I wouldnt call them fancy or high tech but its somewhere to call home. Come with patios and a storage. Which most apartments with the one bed room; its not even an option so that was a plus for me and my girlfriend as we had to down size from a previous apartment due to the housing market spike from Covid impacts. Also the location is ideal. Easy access to the 51 and minutes away from paradise valley and Scottsdale. Starbucks, gas, and grocery store all within walking distance from the complex as well. There is a high school within walking distance. That may be a plus or a minus from some folks but my experience hasnt been impacted by it. To address the other reviews about the water shut offs. Its misleading.I can count the number of times its happened on one hand and the apartment gives advance notice before it happens unless its something that happens the same day or if the city breaks a water line (theres construction on 32nd Street) Yeah it sucks when it happens but its the norm when it comes with apartments. Its unavoidable. Rent prices are what they are. Due to the archaic housing laws in the state. They will only get higher. I feel the increase was fair on my lease but your mileage may vary on your personal circumstances but for the price you pay. Its cheaper than actually living in paradise valley or Scottsdale. Also I have not experienced any signs of crime or rude neighbors. Take that as you will. I enjoy living here. There are definitely worse places for more expensive rents in the metro. Thats for certain.
