My husband and i have been looking for an apartment to rent for the past 3 months. Prices for some apartments we have look into are just ridiculous. I now understand why some people can not afford to rent on their own. One of the apartments we look into was montevida apartments, first impression walking into the office was their friendly stuff Marlene, the manager assistant, she was super responsive, honest and very clear while explaining everything. She then took us to look into the apartment we were interested in. Beautiful and spacious 2 room apartment. While we were walking to the apartment to the office i notice the maintenance techs continously moving from apartment to apartment working and getting things done. Marlene was a huge influence to help us decide we were going to put our appreciation for the Montevida apartments. Thank you.

Super Friendly and professional staff. The enviornment is Peaceful, Quiet and Clean. My experience here has been great. Most issues are fixed in a timely manner. Managers are amazing and super understanding.

I would like to say that we lived here 2yrs and we love it . the management's is so awesome what we need to get done in are apartments its a done deal. Its quite and relaxing our neighbors are super friendly it a great place to love.
