My boyfriend lives in those apartments in half of his family and everything looks great I love

Be prepared to not get your deposit back. These people are totally cheap. Jenny, the front office lady, did the walk-through with me and said everything looked great. Later, they claimed that they were going to send the check via certified mail and that I would have to pay the $35 fee. Of course, it never arrived. I went to pick up the check in person and then they told me that they were taking $100 off because they had to clean some things. I only lived there for a month and everything was spotless when I left. As I said, Jenny even agreed that I would get my full deposit upon leaving. I talked to the owner on the phone, mr. Lee, about being shortchanged and he began yelling at me and then hung up the phone on me. These people are criminals. Get everything in writing before you move out.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I had horrible experiences and more so moving out. When I went to the office my first day I was convinced that this was an affordable place for me to live in because of the cheap rent, low deposit and quick approval. When I saw the inside of an apartment it was mediocre and not in the best condition. Appliances are old but everything looked taken care off. I didn't mind the setting because I really needed to move in asap and requested to have the carpet changed because it looked too old and it got me worried. I should've listened to my gut feeling right there and then! They said that they would get to it as soon as I put in a deposit. When I picked my key and started moving in I noticed that they had not changed the carpet as they said they would. I immediately let the leasing manager know and she said that the owner/landlord also known as Mr. Lee had been informed about the request but was not going to change it because according to him it was still in fair conditions. I had no other choice but to let it go and carry on with my move in. Not even a month in the lease I was already getting bites of some sort all over my body. I thought it was a spider bite at first but they kept coming back. I went to urgent care to have a doctor specify what these bites were and they clarified they were bed bug bites. Once I knew what the issue was I addressed it to the landlord and he denied there was any sort of infestation in the apartment even after I had pictures of the bugs. He did mension that my apartment and others around me had not been in use for a very long time because of water leaks and he finally fixed the issue. He also admitted that when he lived there bed bugs would fall of the roof and drop from the ceiling into his hair and back. He defended that he invested a lot of money doing repairs that it was impossible to have this issue at the moment. He automatically assumed I had brought them in and contradicted his confession. I wanted to move out immediately because he did not want to address the problem. He wanted me to pay for a bed bug exterminator! Can you believe that?! The landlord was not performing his responsibilities. I went to the city to put in a claim and got informed of what I could possibly do in my case. The landlord took it defensively and without any doubt was ready to file a lawsuit against me. I had no money for lawyers and no time for law suits so we came to the agreement that he would pay for the extermination. He paid for a professional once. However, the bed bugs would not go away until the third round. Finally, I was able to sleep at peace. Soon after that problem was solved, there were leaks on the ceiling when it rained and it flooded my living room, kitchen and bedroom. The leak issue was not addressed once again and mold started to collect on ceilings and walls. That is a health hazard! By that time the leasing manager had been replaced and the new one was not aware of any of the problems that were going on with my apartment and others around me. Many tenants moved out as soon as they leased yet I could not break my lease out of fear. I was stuck with threats of being sent to collection and to court. My fridge was not in a fair state and food would go to waste. When they replaced my fridge they switched my fridge with the neighbors and was not functioning properly as well. My junkie neighbor would wake me up at 2 in the morning with yells and slams against the walls creating racket noises, cops were called multiple times for suspicios activity, firefighters came to rescue a tenant from a GAS LEAK in her apartment and roaches kept multiplying! After putting in my notice of leave I was threatened again and they wanted me to pay for another month of rent. They saw me as a piggy bank. They like to screw people over and constantly lie about facts! There are many tenants that support this review and I wish more people could post their experiences. PLEASE DO NOT get yourself involved in this trap. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

There are way too many horrible experiences that my boyfriend and I came across in and out of a lease with these apartments: First of all, they would get no stars but this is the next best thing to it. Secondly, They are privately owned meaning it clearly is not managed properly, the owner is there to collect rent but never to fix the issue at hand such as: -bed bug issue -roaches -bad plumbing -AC DOES NOT WORK AT ALL -when AZ does get rain, the ceiling leaks -mail box not secured -laundry is not efficient The property owner has been through 3 leasing officers (managers) in the 11 months we've been there and they are COMPULSIVE LIAR'S! Oh, and you'll love this, on our LAST month of the lease our rent was late and instead of working something out, they took us to court and evicted us. Off the lease, we visited to check the mail and the manager told us she had checked it the day before and the day of and that no mail was received. We went to the mailboxes and there were letters of ours sitting on top of the box. We got the mail took it them and asked why she lied and she said she didn't say that. I was not going to go back and forth but after that I concluded those apartments are nothing more than an unprofessional environment. Don't get me wrong, people continue to lease here due to the quick move in, easy approval, low deposit and cheap rent but keep in mind it is cheap not affordable and the reasons I described above support it. I definitely would not recommend!!!
