So I've been here about 6 months now, first time renter. I will say its been an ok experience. The real problems I have are that the AC in the A building isn't consistent and just stops working randomly. Its on a stacker but still, its just not good. Its hotter inside my apartment than outside sometimes. My neighbor smokes outside their apartment and the doors aren't sealed 100% like they should be, so their smoke drifts through the cracks and makes my apartment smell awful every time i come home. I personally haven't had any bug problems in my apartment, but I keep it very clean so, no food sources or water for them to live. Id say I feel a little safe at night, but not 100%. there's just open access to the apartment buildings so anyone can just walk off the street up to an apartment and just do whatever. Though they are installing gates so I'm hoping we'll be able to lock up at night soon. That and there are just prowlers I've seen looking into cars, an lurking around so I make sure to keep an eye out for them. The staff I've dealt with have been friendly so that's a plus. Overall, I say its been an ok experience. Definitely some things that can be better but I hope they'll buff out in the coming months.
